If your office is considering starting the process the obtain the CEAA, remember we have a reposi- tory of submissions from most of the counties who have completed this process on our website. Palm Beach County Property Appraiser ’ s Office also was awarded the 2022 Public Information Program Award for their video series entitled “ Outliers. ” Congratulations! Terry Taylor from Or- ange County also received the Kenneth J. McCarren Award for recruiting the most, new IAAO members for the award year. Great job, Terry! If you have not had the opportunity to attend an IAAO conference, I highly recommend it. The valuable information and ideas, as well as the networking opportunities, are just two of the rea- sons you should consider attending. There are many scholarships available through IAAO and the Florida Chapter that can assist with the costs. In December, we will be holding our Annual Tangible Personal Property Seminar in Kissimmee, Florida, December 7 - 9, 2022. This year the TPP Committee has worked hard to bring you a new pre - conference two - day Workshop called “ Excel for TPP. ” Bringing the membership pertinent and relevant education is one of our main objectives and the TPP Steering Committee has exem- plified this with this workshop. As always, your Executive Board is here to serve you. If you have questions, concerns, or sugges- tions, please do not hesitate to contact any one of us. This is your chapter, and we are here to help!

Respectfully,

DeeDee Harnish, RES, AAS, CFE FCIAAO President 2022 - 2023
