What do you do for the PA? I am an Appraisal Analyst and a member of the Residential Valuation Team.

How long have you been employed by the PA? 14 years

What do you like most about your job? I appreciate the opportunity to practice the fair and consistent Mass Ap- praisal principles for the constituency of the County. I enjoy the interaction that I have with the public, especially providing an explanation of the mass appraisal process and problem solving issues. Dave Krause

Where was your best vacation ever? Cuba

What are your hobbies? Golf, SCUBA, cycling, photography, history, gardening, foody.

What do you plan to do when you retire? I imagine my retirement to be a “soft” retirement. I always see myself working in some capacity at the same time enjoying the benefits that are presented in my later years.
