He was Instructor of the Year in 2019. He is currently the Director of Real Estate Residential Valuations at the Orange County Property Appraiser’s Office. He has been in this position since 2016. He also worked for the Orange County PA from 1991-2005 as a Commercial Review Appraiser. From 2006 to 2016, Terry was employed with the Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser as the Real Estate Commercial Manager. In addition to serving on numerous committees and task forces through out the years, he currently sits on the Governance Committee. Last year he was honored with winning the Clifford B. Allen Most Valuable Member Award.

Taylor announces bid for IAAO Vice President seat for 2025 At the start of the Annual Business Meeting Thursday evening, Terry Taylor, CAE, RES, AAS, CFE, announced he would be running for the Vice President seat for the IAAO for 2025. Terry served as a director on the IAAO Board representing Region 3 from 2021 to 2023. Since 2012, he has been a Senior Instructor for the IAAO and is an AQB Qualified USPAP instructor. Terry also has been a mainstay at the Chapter level by serving as the Real Property Steering Committee Chair since 2017.
