Just a few weeks ago, along with the TPP Steering Committee, we were putting the final touches on the TPP Conference. It turned out to be a fantastic event. If you’d like to read more about it and see photos from the conference, be sure to check out page 4. It’s hard to believe that the 38th Annual Conference will be here in less than four short months. The Steering Committees have been working hard to put together sessions that are both engaging and informative. Coming from the commercial real estate side of the industry, I’m especially looking forward to Tim Wilmath’s presentation on The Valuation of Senior Care Properties.
