I hope that this message finds you well. Our 2025 FCIAAO Annual Conference in Daytona Beach is fast approaching. The dates are April 30 to May 2 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. We will be offering the RES & AAS Case Study Workshops prior to the conference on April 28 30. Our steering committees, with the guidance of Vice President Wynta Loughery, have put together an impressive line up of presentations and guest speakers. To quote Henry Ford, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself”. We have accomplished a lot this year but there is still much to be done. The teamwork in this organization is unmatched. I encourage all of you to get involved in the Florida Chapter of IAAO. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much! The past year has flown by. It has truly been an honor and privilege to serve as president of this great chapter. As I mentioned in my acceptance speech last year in Orlando, this is a working Board. Each of the Executive Board members work extremely hard to make this all happen. I am truly blessed to work with such a great group of people. I would also like to thank all of the steering committee chairs and members for all of their hard work. All of this would not be possible without the support of the elected Property Appraisers. Many thanks to all of you! the IAAO Annual Conference this year in our home state. The conference will be September 21 – 24 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando. A link for hotel reservations is available on the IAAO website and registration for the conference will open in April.
