IAAO Award Spotlight: FCIAAO Past President named in Class of 2024 IAAO Fellows IAAO created the Fellows program in 2018 to recognize individuals who have dedicated their careers to the development of our profession and made exceptional contributions to the association and the assessment industry. One of this year’s inductees, Pat Alesandrini, CAE, RES is the embodiment of this honor. There is not much Pat has not accomplished in his illustrious career in the mass appraisal field and becoming a Fellow is the icing on the cake. Pat has served at both the Chapter and National levels as President, and he is a Senior IAAO Instructor qualified to teach over 25 course, workshops and seminars. He holds the Certified Assessment Evaluator and Residential Evaluation Specialist

designations trough IAAO demonstrating his commitment to the goals and standards of the IAAO. Anyone who knows him understands that when he encounters a problem, he'll find a solution. Most recently, he played a key role in developing a valuation tool to assist jurisdictions in their assessment responsibilities. Pat joins other Florida Fellows, Ed Crapo (2018), Dorothy Jacks (2023) and Terry Taylor (2023). Congratulations, Pat on this accomplishment!
