You may not have noticed the change, but the FCIAAO Tangible Personal Property Seminar has been upgraded to Conference status! After last year’s remarkable attendance at the seminar, the Executive Board realized the impact the TPP Seminar has made on its members and in counties across the state. With 2023 attendance at the highest it has been, with 110 conference attendees, the Board realized the meeting was more than a seminar. One of the reasons we felt it was more of a conference

then a seminar is the agenda has grown to include more than just personal property topics. The TPP Steering Committee felt that the TPP members were missing out on pertinent topics that are presented at the Annual Conference, such as management and leadership topics.
