FROM THE ARCHIVES Before there was a Professional Designations Steering Committee, the Professional Designations Group was formed in 2002. The group consisted of individuals who had a strong interest in IAAO education and earning designations. The Anthony A. Hodge, Sr. Award had only been given out to seven individuals since its inception in 1999. This was the first issue of “Designation News”.
