BEST PRACTICES CONT… FCIAAO DEMOGRAPHIC CAMPAIGN

Connecting with your audience is key to the suc- cess of any people oriented endeavor. One of the ways organizations can best do this is by first learning who their audience is from both an inter- nal and external perspective. In our efforts to embrace, adopt and promote this best practice, the FCIAAO will launch a chapter demographic campaign in 2023. Once launched, members will be asked to update their membership profiles, which will contain a few more fields to help us get to know our membership and their needs. More details to come in the near future.
