2024 Pre-Conference Education Sessions

Prior to the Annual Conference, FCIAAO offered two educational workshops to provide an opportunity for continuing educational credits. Excel Workshop On Monday, April 15 & Tuesday, April 16, this workshop was crafted to cover excel basics, best practices, keyboard shortcuts, navigation, formulas & functions, sorting & filtering, pivot tables, charts, hyperlinks, macros and VBA editor. Instructed by Christopher Duncan, CDA Computer Training, we had 14 registered attendees. Mass Appraisal Benchmarks Workshop On Tuesday, April 18, this workshop was crafted to refresh mass appraisal techniques used in the valuation process and aimed to equip attendees with strategies and protocols that can aid in navigating uncommon and complex situations. Instructed by Kevin Hayes, Pinellas County, we had 21 attendees.
