This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your networking and public speaking skills. Finally, and most importantly, cultivate a passion for your committee's mission. What knowledge do you and your team want to impart to fellow IAAO members? This shared passion will drive you to create a high quality and impactful conference experience for everyone. Your dedication and enthusiasm will not only make a real difference but also contribute to a rewarding and memorable conference experience. The fruits of your labor will be evident at the annual conference, where you'll witness the tangible impact of your team's efforts. So, if this sounds like an opportunity that excites you, I strongly encourage you to reach out to the Florida Chapter Executive Board of the IAAO or the Chair of a committee that aligns with your interests.
