IAAO Election News Taylor and Russell elected to Board Seats

As of January 1, 2025, we have two Florida members elected to the 2025 IAAO Executive Board! Terry Taylor, CAE, RES, AAS, FIAAO, will serve as the Vice President and Scott P. Russell, RES, AAS, PPS, CFA was tapped as our Region 3 Director. Terry has worked in the assessment profession for 34 years and his past IAAO experience includes: Region 3 Director 2021- 2023. Procedural Rule updates, Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration enhancements, International Engagement, Education, Professional Development and IAAO Fellows recognition. He has been a Florida Chapter IAAO Member since 1993, Real Property Committee 2016-Present, Chair Real Property Committee 2018 Present. Scott has also been in the appraisal field, both public and private for 34 years. He holds the State-Certified General Appraiser License with the state of Florida. He is Past President of the Property Appraisers Association of Florida and has served on the IAAO Governance Committee and the Professional Development Committee. He has been a member of the Florida Chapter since 2012 . Both Terry and Scott are certified IAAO instructors. These two individuals demonstrate how hard work, volunteerism and leadership can serve you well and propel you to a higher calling. Both of these individuals started on committees and showed their talent and dedication to the mass appraisal industry. Congratulations and we are proud of you!
