About Us The Florida Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers serves as an educational and networking resource for public property appraisers and their staff throughout the state of Florida. The Chapter holds one annual conference in April, which includes 4 educational tracks focusing on Administration, Real Property, Exemptions and IT/GIS, along with our general session. Additionally, the chapter sponsors a Tangible Personal Property seminar annually in December. We host educational seminars and webinars throughout the year. Continuing Education Credits are available for IAAO, ASA, and DOR recertification needs.
