What do you do for the PA? Commercial Analyst

How long have you been employed by the PA? This coming December will be 13 years

What do you like most about your job? I really enjoy talking to different participants of the industry and learning new things. I will never get tired of learning (I wish I could tell that to my 15 year old self). I also really enjoy the VAB process. Having spent the majority of the year looking at property values from a macro level, the VAB process is a chance to look at things from a micro level. Patrick Chapman, AAS, CFE

Where were you born? I was born here in the Capital City

Where was your best vacation ever? This is a tough question as my family has always traveled a lot, so I will go with a fairly recent trip. This past Christmas my wife and I surprised our kids by renting a tree-house outside of Chattanooga, TN. It was a unique experience that we all really enjoyed and hope to visit again.

What are your hobbies? I love spending time with my family, fishing, traveling, and watching FSU football. What do you plan to do when you retire? I hope to continue to explore the world and travel as much as possible.
